2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we collect:

• Email address
• Name
• Profile picture URL

2.2 CV Analysis Data

When you use our CV screening feature, we collect and store:

• CV/resume content extracted from web pages (LinkedIn profiles, PDF documents, etc.)
• Candidate names extracted from CVs
• Job role titles and descriptions you provide
• Source information (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, PDF) and the source URL where the CV was found
• Red flags (screening criteria) you define, including custom red flags you create
• Analysis results generated by our AI
• The prompts sent to the AI for analysis
• API usage metrics (input and output tokens consumed)
• Timestamps of analysis requests

2.3 Chrome Extension Data

Our Chrome extension stores locally on your device:

• Job role configurations you create
• Your currently selected role for analysis

2.4 Usage Data

We track your credit balance and the number of analyses performed for service management purposes.

2.5 Analytics Data

We use Amplitude Analytics to collect information about how you use our service, including:

• Feature usage events (e.g., when you create roles, run analyses, view results)
• Navigation patterns within the extension and website
• Error occurrences and technical issues
• Session duration and engagement metrics

This data is associated with your user ID to help us understand usage patterns and improve our service.

2.6 Error Tracking Data

We use Sentry for error monitoring to identify and fix technical issues. When errors occur, Sentry may collect technical information including error messages, stack traces, and contextual data about the error.

• Process your CV analysis requests
• Manage your account and credits
• Display your analysis history in the dashboard

4. Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following third-party services:

4.1 Anthropic (Claude AI)

CV content and job requirements are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for analysis. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy. We do not control how Anthropic handles this data after transmission.

4.2 Google

We use Google OAuth for authentication. Google provides us with your basic profile information as described above.

4.3 Neon (Database)

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4.4 Paddle (Payments)

Credit purchases are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details.

4.5 Amplitude (Analytics)

We use Amplitude Analytics to understand how users interact with our service. Amplitude collects usage events and behavioral data according to their privacy policy.

4.6 Sentry (Error Monitoring)

We use Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring. When errors occur, technical data may be sent to Sentry according to their privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Retained until you request account deletion
• Analysis history: Retained until you request account deletion
• Session data: Automatically expires and is deleted

8. Chrome Extension Permissions

Our Chrome extension requests the following permissions:

• activeTab: To read CV content from the currently active tab when you click the extension
• storage: To save your job role configurations locally
• sidePanel: To display the extension interface in Chrome's side panel

The extension only accesses page content when you explicitly click on it to analyze a CV. The extension also has access to specific domains for fetching CV documents (such as Google Drive, common cloud storage providers, and applicant tracking systems) when you initiate an analysis.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
