1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Recrulyze ("Service"), operated by Nedomovnyi Vladyslav ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including the website and Chrome browser extension.

2. Description of Service

Recrulyze is an AI-powered CV screening tool that helps recruiters analyze candidate resumes against job requirements. The Service includes:

• A Chrome browser extension for extracting CV content from web pages
• AI-powered analysis of CVs against job requirements
• A web dashboard for viewing analysis history
• A credit-based system for accessing analysis features

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Sign in using a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each CV analysis consumes 1 credit. Credits can be purchased through our payment processor, Paddle.

4.2 Pricing

Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in the currency shown and include applicable taxes where required.

4.3 Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy rights
• Process CVs without proper authorization from the data subjects where required by law
• Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. Data Processing and Privacy

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• CV content you submit will be processed by third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude)
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process the CV data you submit
• Analysis results are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The AI-powered analysis provided by this Service:

• Is intended as a screening aid, not a replacement for human judgment
• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Should be verified by a human recruiter before making hiring decisions
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of information extracted from CVs
• Should not be used as the sole criterion for employment decisions

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of CV data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for hiring decisions made based on our analysis

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at privacy@recrulyze.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
